Plan for 2015
We've refocused User Groups for 2015 so you can maximize your time away from the office and with your peers. Each quarter's agenda will be focused on a specific theme. Q3 training and sessions will be centered around Sales/Marketing topics. We will still have sessions tailored to your role in the company and experience level, so there is still something for everyone. .

Partner Networking Dinner
All registrants are invited to join us for our partner networking dinner held the night before the meeting on Monday, September 21st at 6:30 PM - however space is limited and is on a first come first serve basis. You will receive your dinner invite as we get closer to the meeting. We'll make sure to send you all the details so you can join us and get to know your fellow ConnectWise'ers!

We are also hosting a sponsored cocktail hour *before* the dinner. Join us at the lobby bar at 5:00 PM.

Afternoon Breakouts Sessions: Create your day!

 You have the opportunity to choose which afternoon breakout sessions you’d like to see. Get in on some  ConnectWise  training, hear from fellow partners or participate in some open discussion and networking with  peers. Sessions  available range from 101, 201 and 301 levels and offer a variety of different topics. You’re not  stuck in one track and  you get to choose the sessions you want to see.

1:45 - 2:45

 Round 1 Sessions:

  • 101 level: Marketing Basics and Campaigns 
    If you're not tracketing your marketing efforts in ConnectWise, you're missing some crucial pieces of the Lifecycle. Join this session to understand what the Marketing Module in ConnectWise entails. This will include a look at Marketing Campaigns and Marketing Manager. When you leave this session, you'll have a solid understanding of how campaigns work in ConnectWise and how to email blast your customers! 
  • 201 level: Sales Sold It, Now What? (Clean Order Package)
    Sales hand-offs can be a tricky process, and can sometimes lead to messy transistions. Using the methodology of a Clean Orders Package through ConnectWise can clean this process up. Attend this session to see the features available in ConnectWise to help your transition go smoothly!
  • 301 level: "A Leader's Mind: How Great Leaders Think", Dave Mitchell

  • 101 level: Sales Commissions
    Sales people often receive compensation based on their sales. If that is the case in your business, are your tracking it in ConnectWise? If not, attend this session to learn how to set ConnectWise up to track your commissions. Learn the ins and outs of the setup, as well as how to report off of this information.
  • 201 level: Marketing Essentials
    You understand why your business has to do marketing, so let's take that need and get smart about it. Learn how to track your ROI through Marketing Campaigns. We'll start with some tips on getting started with Marketing, and we'll take that into the ConnectWise system to track!
  • 301 level: Open Discussion - Erin Arnold, Chris Schalleur, Ryan Dobb
    Join this session for some open discussion led by our group facilitators. Topics will include sales compensation plans, commissions and more. Be sure to bring your best practices to share with the group.
