Partner Networking Dinner

All registrants are invited to join us for our partner networking dinner held the night before the meeting on 31st of January at 18:30 - however space is limited and is on a first come first serve basis. Register for dinner during your registration process. We'll make sure to send you all the details so you can join us and get to know your fellow ConnectWise'ers!

Therefore, it is critical to maintain your service level agreements (SLAs) while providing high levels of customer satisfaction. SLAs hold an abundance of power and, when used properly, can take your business to the next level! Join this session to learn what to consider when creating SLAs, ensure that your sales team knows how to sell SLAs, and that your techs understand their importance. Plus know the reports available, and how to manage SLA goals with WFR/reporting.
