Clear Cache in ConnectWise

  1. Double-click your ConnectWise shortcut.
  2. On the login screen in ConnectWise, click Clear Cache.
  3. You will be prompted with a "Are you sure?" message, click Yes.
  4. You will be prompted with a "Cache Cleared" message, click Ok.
  5. Next proceed to the How-to section for clearing cache in Microsoft Internet Explorer.

Clear Cache in Microsoft Internet Explorer 7.0

  1. Open Microsoft Internet Explorer 7.0.
  2. Click Tools on the menu bar, and click Internet Options.
  3. Under the Browsing History section, click Delete.
  4. On the Delete Browsing History screen for Temporary Internet Files, Click Delete Files.
  5. When prompted with "Are you sure you want to delete all temporary Internet Explorer files?", click Yes.
  6. Click Close on the Delete Browsing History screen.
  7. Click Ok on the Internet Options screen.

Clear Cache in Microsoft Internet Explorer 8.0

  1. Open Microsoft Internet Explorer 8.0.
  2. Click Tools on the menu bar, and click Internet Options.
  3. Under the Browsing History section, click Delete.
  4. On the Delete Browsing History screen select Temporary Internet Files, Click Delete.
  5. A status box will appear then close. 
  6. Click Ok on the Internet Options screen.

Clear Cache in Google Chrome

  1. Open Google Chrome.
  2. Select the Tools menu in the upper right hand corner, and select Options.
  3. Click on the Under the Hood tab.
  4. Select Clear Browsing Data.
  5. Select Empty the Cache and Delete Cookies and Other site Data.
  6. Leave Clear data from this period as Last Hour.
  7. Select Clear Browsing Data.

Clear Cache in Firefox

  1. Open Mozilla Firefox.
  2. Select Tools from the main toolbar and select Clear Recent History..
  3. Leave Time range to clear as Today.
  4. Select Clear Now.
Clear Cache in Safari
  1. Open Safari on your workstation.
  2. Select the Settings icon in the upper right hand corner.
  3. Select Reset Safari.
  4. You are prompted with a pop up allowing you to select which items to clear. Select Empty the cache and Remove all cookies.
  5. Select Clear Now.
